As a learner centered and leader focused, L&D professional, I am driven by opportunities to contribute to the development of measurable and sustainable cultures of learning within organizations.

Over my 10+ years of working with adult learners and organization leaders across multiple industries, I have developed strong skills in the areas of strategic development, an ability to influence adoption of process improvement initiatives, and alignment of organizational learning strategies and procedures with business goals.

 

It’s always rewarding to see organizations implement a new process and begin to measure their success and identify their opportunities through data yielded by their newly implemented processes. Yet, it is the ultimate win to see the employee’s responses to the results of these practices; enhanced learner experiences and their eagerness to contribute to the learning culture.

 

As a lifelong learner, my goal is to contribute to even more wins and I am committed to continuing to increase my knowledge and capabilities while providing the same opportunity for others!
